  I bought a hot tub from nw skirts and spas a couple years back and even though I have been happy with it since there was quite a few problems. After purchasing the hot tub I was told that it would be looked over and any leaks or damaged parts would be replaced before being delivered. I got the hot tub delivered a few weeks later and was set into place in my garage. After filling it the thing leaked like crazy. I called them out to service it twice with no success on getting the leaks stopped and was told he would have to take it back to their shop to fix. I arranged a time for them to bring it and was told he was alone so I even offered to help load it and unload it. I even asked at the time why all the Jets were not replaced when all but 4 were faulty. I was told if they are not leaking they wouldn't be replaced. Well a month after paying for the tub I finally got it back without any leaks. Fast forward two years later and now I have a decent leak from one of the unra placed jets. The tub is in a insulated garage that never nears Temps below 50 degrees. My current review comes from trying to get a hold of nw skirts and spas. I called and got a hold of the secretary and told her of the leak and asked about an idea on the cost to get it repaired. I was told they were a week out and so I offered to dig down to the leak and send pictures. I got a call back the next day from Leo and was told they could get to it. A week goes by and I send in the pictures after finding the leak. I don't get a reply to my email within a week so I call them on their cell get a hold of Leo who tells me they got my email and would give me a response in a day or two. It's been three weeks since first contacting them and even after leaving them a message on their answering service have not received any contact. So I'm fixing it myself apparently. Affordable hot tubs, not so good customer service.
