In a nutshell: didn't return phone calls, show up for appointments, keep her word. Had a substitute do my granddaughter's hair & it failed in less than a week (locks fell out). We attempted to reattach with no luck. After ignoring us she finally responded when I posted on FB. She then attempted to intimidate, bully & threatened both me & my granddaughter with bodily injury. She also changed her story repeatedly always having excuses. Finally offered refund but if only we came in person. Granddaughter certain that would be a mistake & I offered multiple other options. Instead, she threatened us further & retracted her offer a refund. I filed in small claims court & she was served on 10/26/2021. To date, she has defaulted with the courts as well as being unreliable & un-trustworthy. While she may have good reviews, I've seen quite a few with similar complaints to ours. In several cases, it appears she up & moved her business in attempt to avoid being found/served.
