  I scheduled an appointment for my a 14 year old daughter to hover her on braid and cut for her birthday. She has never had her hair colored and was super excited to finally get her hair ombre. I would have to say 1st impressions of this place is not professional and I would never recommend booking with this business. I Received a text message at 10 o'clock at night the night before my daughter's 10 am appointment. Now I understand that mistakes happen but the fact of the matter that I didn't even receive an apology for the mess up is quite unprofessional and unacceptable. This is what I received.
  
  Hi Melissa. So I just realized I accidentally left my books open for tomorrow but we are doing some remodeling for the new location tomorrow so we can’t take any customers. Can you come in Tuesday ?
  
  I didn't recognize the number and she didnt say who she was I had asked her if it was about the hair appointment she said yes, then asked if i can I come in Tuesday I said no I will have to look at my schedule to reschedule because it's for my daughter and that was the last that I heard from her... no apologies.... nothing..
  
  This would have been my 1st time going to glamor, And I guarantee this is the last i will deal with this unprofessional, and unorganized business. I wouldn't recommend this place.
